The Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department, with the consent of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, has appointed HOK International (Asia/Pacific) Ltd. as the principal consultant for the preparation of the Bandar Seri Begawan Development Master Plan.

Aside from being responsible for the overall the project, HOK is leading works related to the Master Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Design, and Geographic Information System.

JLL are conducting the macroeconomic studies that will support the development master plan and consulting on practical implementation matters such as institutional requirements, financing, costing and scheduling of seed projects.

For the BSB Development Master Plan, Meinhardt is providing consultancy services on civil infrastructure and engineering, covering roads, drainage, sewerage, water, power, and telecommunications.

MVA is working to provide traffic and transportation inputs into the master plan. streams are being carried out in parallel in stages throughout the planning process.
